Monali Thakur kicked off the musical show with ‘Aao Na’, ‘Ankhiya Na Mar’ and a foot-tapping bhangra number “Jave Jave”. The stage was thereafter handed to the artistes and their breezy numbers. A souvenir ‘Spandan’ was released by the Governor following which cheques of Rs 25,000 each were given to 18 children with heart problems.ĭr Jakhar praised the activities of IASOWA and stressed that such kind of work should be motivated.
